Others choose yoga as an effective, natural way to relax and relieve stress. Many people find that the longer they develop their yoga practice, the more their practice begins to focus on self-actualization in addition to its many physical benefits. Participants often find that yoga promotes self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-reflection and grow to focus on this spiritual connection..
