“I love this gym, all of the instructors and the other athletes! The instructors are thoughtful, genuinely nice and always helpful! They push me to get stronger and at the same time help me adapt the workouts to account for my injuries. They also have numerous classes a day but also let me workout in between class times by myself, so that I can make sure to get as many workouts as I can each week, given my crazy schedule. I would recommend this gym to everyone: old, young, healthy, injured, etc...”

“I have been going for about a month now and can already see results. I found the personnel have been great and supportive. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If you think you're too old or too overweight this is the place to go. I had some restrictions so the trainers developed another exercise that accommodates my restriction.
